Order and Acceptance:

1) All orders are subject to acceptance of that order by The Hair and Beauty Co. Online Store.

2) When you submit your order you will automatically recieve a return email notifying you that your order is being processed.  You consent to us contacting you via your email provided at time of registration, regarding your order details for your order to be accepted and completed.

3) You will then recieve a second email on despatch of your order.  Your order is only accepted by us once we have despatched the goods to you.  If your order is incorrect in any way on arrival you must notify us immediately or within 3 days of recieving the order, to info@thehairandbeautycompany.ie

Registering with The Hair and Beauty Company:

Before you complete your shopping with The Hair and Beauty Company online store, you will need to register with us.  Conditions of this registration are as follows: (a) You must be eighteen years of age or over. (b) once you are registered with an account and account number.  (c) You can access your account with a personalised user name and password. At anytime this user name and password can be changed . If you have any suspicion of any other body knowing your account details or use your account, you must change your account details immediately.  You are personally responsible for your own account.  (d)  You must ensure all details given on your account information are current and correct.  You must notify us immediately of any change in these personal details.  (e)  The Hair and Beauty Company reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate your account immediatly at our descretion and if at any time you are in breech of our terms and condition.

Availalbility & Prices:

At The Hair and Beauty Company we aim to ensure all our products will be in stock readily available for your order.  However some items may prove to be more popular then expected, therefore there will be occasional delays. If this may happen we will give you our very best estimated time of expected delivery and will keep you informed on any updated information regarding this product.

The Hair and Beauty Company will endevour to keep our online prices up to date and error free.  Prices may change from time to time, and their maybe times that prices may be different from your previous order as specials on different products will change monthly or weekly. 

The correct price will be shown on your invoice and will correspond to the correct price on date of despatch.

The Hair and Beauty Company reserves the right to correct any errors, or Illustration mistakes throughout the web site.
