We are shipping orders by DPD courier. Our online shop will try to dispatch your orders as soon as possible via DPD however delivery times may take 2-5 working days Nationwide.
Please note: Once your order has been shipped you will receive a notification from DPD regarding your delivery. We have no control once it is with DPD. Please contact DPD directly in regards to your order.

DPD track & trace can take up to 15 days. We cannot resolve any issues until DPD track & trace is complete.

• Please note that DPD terms and conditions state that they need to be notified in 7 days from the day that parcel was collected. You know that your parcel was collected when you will receive ‘ORDER COMPLETE notification from us or DPD tracking number.

According to current Covid-19  and Brexit changes, we need to suspend some delivery destinations until further notice.

The Hair and Beauty Company offer free delivery in Ireland with any order over the value of €65 excl. VAT. A €6.10+vat (€ 7.50 inc.VAT) delivery charge is applied to orders under €65 before VAT.

Some Furniture items have a handling charge attached to them, these items are NOT included in the free shipping offer.

Customers can also arrange to collect their order at their local store free of charge. Simply select the ‘collect in store‘ option during the checkout process.

Orders can be collected from our hair and beauty stores in Ballybane, Castlebar, Athlone and Eyre Square Galway.

Nationwide Regular delivery takes  in 1-2 days

Furniture and special orders delivery can take 2 to 8 weeks.

Northern Ireland: €7.99 temporarily suspended

UK: €25.00 temporarily suspended

West and Middle European Union Countries: €45.00

East European Union Countries: €50.00

Non-European Countries as Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Bosnia & Hercegovina, Montenegro, Ukraine, Serbia, Belarus: €70 temporarily suspended

Malta & Cyprus: €90.00 temporarily suspended

EU Spanish, Portugal, Denmark, Italy, Greece Islands: may have an additional €35.00 cost.

We temporarily suspended deliveries outside Europe to USA, Kanada, Turkey, Australia, Russia, Georgia, Armenia: regular shipping €127.00 for up to 20kg, additional cost may apply.

TERMS: Delivery applies to orders up to 20KG in weight so therefore generally excludes salon furniture. Delivery rates on salon furniture are subject to weight. Additional costs may apply for parcels over 20kg.
We welcome orders from anywhere in the world. Carriage charges will vary depending on destination and weight of the parcel, and as such, the final order value will be calculated offline by our Sales Team.  Full payment will be required before dispatch, our dedicated team will contact you to sort it.

When ordering goods from The Hair and Beauty Company for delivery outside the European Union and Schengen Zone you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the goods reach the specified destination. Any additional charges for Customs clearance must be paid by you. If you are ordering goods from outside the European Union and Schengen Zone, it is your responsibility to comply with all the laws and regulations in the country in which you are receiving the goods.  We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
