The Neon Festival Face Paints low under UV light (Ultraviolet Light or Backlight). The vegan and paraben-free formula is waterproof after application, so it will not run with sweat. Perfect for Neon parties, Raves, Night Clubbing, Festivals, and anywhere you want the brightest colour. The colours have fantastic coverage with rich colour finishes. These colours are easily removed with soap and water. The face paints are made in the UK and are cosmetically approved.
