Wella Professionals Color Touch Emulsion is the only creamy emulsion designed for use in combination with semi-permanent hair colors like Color Touch and Instamatic by Color Touch. When used with Color Touch hair color, it leaves the hair healthy, beautiful, and brilliantly shiny.
