Igora Royal Highlifts are a permanent hair color with powerful lifting shades for the coolest blondes. Ideal for hair bases between levels 6 and 8. The first lightening shades with the FibreBond technology reinforcing capillary links integrated into the formula.

Ultra Blonde (10-) – to be used on base 7 and lighter, reliable neutralisation, is formulated with a higher pigment concentration – give more tonality to the hair, 3-4 levels of lift. The strongest neutralisation will be achieved with 10-21, followed by 10-1. For dilution of the neutralisation or pure lifting power, use 10-0.

Special Blonde (12-) – to be used on bases 6 and lighter, reliable neutralisation, provides a stronger lift performance, 4-5 levels of lift. The strongest neutralisation will be achieved with 12-2, followed 12-1. For dilution of the neutralisation or pure lifting power, use 12-0.
